Projects:
We had our econ vocabulary test today and as a whole we did very well. We will work on more vocabulary this week and have one more test on Monday.
Reading: Today we started reading, Patty Reed's Doll. This doll is actually on display in a museum in Sacramento. When we get to the middle of this book, your children will receive a menu with 4 different, end of book, project options to choose from. It will be a fun and creative way to show their comprehension of the story and this time in history.
Writing: We have finished up our fall poems for our 2nd grade buddies, they are awesome! We will practice reading them out loud to our class tomorrow and then Wednesday we will invite them to our room for hot apple cider and cookies! I will post pictures!
We are very much enjoying Mrs. Johnson in art this quarter, once our work is put up, I will let you know!
